May of 2007, when the market was at 13000, interests rate fell and financial TV experts were saying that the market was going to make gains to 14000. They shouted that everyone should “Buy! Buy! Buy!” But not Phil. He made an incredible prediction on that very same day and told his live audience that the stock market was going to make a sharp fall. He said it would fall to 11600, and that is exactly what the market did, it fell right at 11600! “This market is going to crash and you should be shorting your positions!”! he insisted.

October of 2008 Phil once again predicted a stock market crash to 6800 and with amazing accuracy his prediction came true! His Gang Members stocks went up to a whopping 37% ! These are amazing results, even in these worst of economic times.

Phil has been an entrepreneur his whole life. At just 16 years old he was a professional extreme skier and started teaching people how to ski. He has used his business skills to take over privately held companies from land to oil, furniture and even beauty salons that were in or near bankruptcy and reorganized them. Phil would identify their illness and write a prescription to bring them back to health by replacing management, or funding them with his own capital or through private placement. By 24 he was a self made millionaire!

In 1987 the big six accounting firm, Arthur Young and Venture Magazine honored Phil as the “Entrepreneur of the Year in the United States”. Two years consecutively Phil’s holding company also made the prestigious INC MAGAZINE ANNUAL INC 500 LIST, which identifies and honors America’s 500 fastest growing privately held companies.

Phil has obtained his unique perspective not only on Wall Street, but with life in general. His perspective which was brought about by his many experiences, and this taught him the competitive edge. In addition, it helped him survive while he served his country during the Vietnam War.

It was when Phil decided to take his privately held land company public that his interest in the economic markets and Wall St began to grow. It was this experience that brought enlightenment to Phil as he watched and learned in amazement of the corruptions and fallacies of Wall Street.

How did Phil get involved with Phil’s Gang?

Some 40 years had passed since Phil decided to become something no one, including himself ever thought he would and that was to become a radio talk show host. In addition, Phil’s own personal experience as a father, made him determined to try and make a difference in a sick child’s life with whatever skills he had.

If he could only help raise money on a regular basis to send cancer sick children to Paul Newman’s ROCK Camp, he would put whatever means and energies he had to try and accomplish this goal. With no help having dyslexia, Phil would become one of the nation’s leading experts of how the trades are made. All though reading had always been difficult for Phil, it was his dyslexia that gave him the ability to read charts.

So Phil felt if he could do this than anyone could do the same. He would try to teach people “how not to lose their hard earned money. All he asked of them in return was just donate a portion of their earnings to the ROCK Camp for kids as well as Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

After a few months of airing his views about Wall St and teaching his listeners how to trade their own stocks, the money started to flow in for his gang of sick children. This method of raising money took off far better than Phil could have ever imagined! The children who received funds through Phil’s efforts and was attending the ROCK Camp became known as “Phil’s Gang!

It had also become apparent to Phil’s students that they wanted to belong to his method of gaining and giving back. The mass’s of students started to grow and a new gang of traders was born. His own students wanted to a part of this learning and giving back strategy that Phil had developed and so they too have become part of Phil’s Gang. And thus we have “Phil’s Gang”!

Phil presently resides in Sarasota County, Florida with his faithful companion Bud-Z the “Stock Dog”, three frisky Maltese pups and his business partner and wife, Marta Grande.
